What is BizAssure?
BizAssure™ is a cooperative network of insurance agencies, accountants, attorneys and other business professionals who work together to provide consulting services free of charge to BizAssure Members.
Why would I use BizAssure?
Where do we begin? BizAssure membership provides free consulting for just about anything related to business. Requesting a consult is a quick and easy process that provides BizAssure members with peace of mind, more time, less stress, and saves them money… And that's just one element of the BizAssure strategy. Using BizAssure services can save you $800 per employee per year, and that's just the average… You could save even more.

How do I use BizAssure?
You can request a consult from our website,
email Staff@BizAssure.com, or call us at 1-800-549-7827 option 1.
Once we gather all your contact information, your business details, and the information behind your question, we will assign a consultant to contact you. Depending on the time you call, and the complexity of your question, you will usually hear from your consultant in 4–6 business hours.
Is a BizAssure membership expensive?
A BizAssure membership is virtually free. You can become a member simply by signing insurance with a BizAssure Member Agency. For a nominal fee of $250 dollars a year, you can have access to free business consulting, as well as many other beneficial services. And remember, only BizAssure Member Agencies can provide you with these benefits!
What services are provided at no additional cost with my membership?
A BizAssure Membership provides unlimited free business consulting, 2 free Bizinar passes per month for most Bizinars, the ability to view all recorded Bizinars within the archive whenever you want, an XMod review, an employee handbook review, an On-Site Safety Self Evaluation Form—the list goes on...
Oh, and did we mention unlimited free business consulting?
What is a BizAssure consult?
A consult is any question or request for information that can help a member to make a better business decision. After a member submits a consult request, a consultant will typically contact them via telephone in 4–6 business hours to answer your question. After about two business days, BizAssure will contact you and get your feedback regarding the consultation you received. We want to know that it was of quality, and that our network is up to BizAssure standards.
Is my consult confidential?
Every consult is completely confidential. Even on the consult reports, no proper names are given, and the details of the answer and question are not seen. We consider every consult to be client-attorney privileged information.

What are the costs involved in joining BizAssure?

How many BizAssure member agencies are there?
We are very selective in who we allow to become a BizAssure member. Exclusivity is very important to us, and we know it is to you too. We make sure that BizAssure members never step on each others feet, and always have the exclusive advantage of BizAssure. This is contractually guaranteed.
Does BizAssure replace my position with my clients?
Never. We do not change your company culture or procedure. We simply aim to enhance your position with your clients. As former Independent Insurance Agents ourselves, we are firm believers in the Independent Agency system, and always strongly support Independent Insurance Agents. When you become a member, BizAssure’s consulting services and underwriting programs become available to your clients as a benefit of doing business with you, and we always take the time to let your clients know this.
How would my clients use this service?
It’s really quite simple. Once you become a member, we strongly recommend that you make an announcement to all your clients describing this new service that you’ve made available to them. Then, whenever they have Labor, Legal, H.R., etc. questions they simply call us, and we take it from there. We keep you in the loop every step of the way, but you don’t get bogged down making and returning phone calls or answering questions. Once your clients realize what they have access to, they'll love you even more.
How can my agency become a BizAssure member agency?
Like any good relationship, we want to get to know you. If you are interested in BizAssure, we can set up a meeting between your agency and BizAssure management. Then you can learn more about what we provide to you, and we can learn more about your unique agency culture, and how our services could potentially benefit you.
