Fit Index, which estimates which candidates have what it takes to
succeed - and who will fall short.
2. Caliper Selector-an automated report based on the full Caliper
Profile that utilizes Caliper's Job Fit Index to determine where a
candidate stands relative to your job requirements. You may choose to
add a consultation provided by a Caliper Account Consultant that gives a
clear explanation of the overall results. Armed with this data, all key
participants can make informed hiring decisions.
3. Caliper Profile-an in-depth personality assessment that enables
Caliper consultants to tell BizAssure members whether an applicant or
current employee has the qualities needed to succeed in management or
sales positions.
